He has been with Thomas Michaels for the past four years and previously owned and operated his own remodeling company, bringing both hands-on field experience and business leadership to every project.

Known for his attention to detail and practical, solutions-driven approach, Ryan works closely with homeowners throughout the construction process to ensure each project is thoughtfully planned and expertly executed. His deep knowledge of residential construction and commitment to quality craftsmanship help turn design concepts into durable, well-built results.

Outside of work, Ryan is a proud father of four daughters and enjoys spending time on the water.
