  We would like to compliment the recent new kitchen your company installed in our home.  The design was excellent and the additional changes suggested by your installer were much appreciated. 

  Your office manager Kim Silveire was very pleasant and helpful the schedule she provided was also followed up by phone calls keeping us informed as to the status of the items on this schedule.  Further on the schedule we can say that every activity on the schedule was completed to the day as specified.

 The cabinets were on time with no damage during shipment. These Debut cabinets were of the highest quality and no fiber board was used. 

  The removal of the old cabinets and the installation were done by Tony Costeira.  We believe the success of the removal and installation can be contributed to Tony. It was a pleasure watching Tony professional Quality work. Also he is a nice personal guy.  One requirement was to get around the tile on the wall with out damage. We are pleased to say this was accomplished. 

  Our ability to change the counter to from Granite Kashmir White to Shivakash # 2647-22 was appreciated and the cost difference was minimal.  Samatha Almeita at Boston Granite was very helpful.  Kim Silveira also helped with this change.

  The instillation of the counters by Great in Counters was professionally done. They made the installation look simple.  The seam between the two major pieces of granite was invisible.  The people doing the template and installation were pleasant and friendly.

  Many people have viewed our new kitchen and describe it with a wow, beautiful. Love that granite counter, and cabinets. High quality cabinets.  Each guessed at what the final cost was and they were all high from $7000 to $17000.  

  Marion and I would like to thank Thomas and Michaels Kitchens for providing our home with an outstanding high quality new kitchen.
