There are three (3) simple ways to get your dream kitchen:

• Kitchen Replacement
• Kitchen Replacement Plus
• Full Custom

Kitchen Replacement

If you like your existing kitchen “footprint”, then this option is for you. Unlike re-facing (which we find to usually be a more expensive option), Kitchen Replacement is simply replacing your old cabinets, countertops, and other items with brand new units. No major remodeling is done here. The Kitchen Replacement option is the hands down least expensive, labor intensive, and time consuming option for you. This is perfect for clients who are looking to sell their home in the near future, and need to maximize the overall home value.

Kitchen Replacement Plus

This option is the most popular among clients today. This is a simple replacement of the existing kitchen; however, additions may be inculcated into the design such as - moving walls, windows, sinks, and other appliances. Often, clients choose to add an island or peninsula. All of this is done with the concept of keeping the overall “footprint” the same. This is a great way to get the desired kitchen, but still keep costs in check.

Full Custom

Ok, if you just want to start from scratch- then this is the way for you. Full custom is simply, a complete re-design from top to bottom of the kitchen. Most often in this scenario, the existing kitchen space (walls, windows, doors, etc…) are being changed to accommodate a desired new space. This option, is of course, the more expensive and time consuming choice, however, in the end, the kitchen will be exactly as planned while sacrificing nothing to achieve perfection.
